Eating Disorders & Addictions

Recovery isn’t for the faint of heart, and we don’t treat it like a quick fix.

We specialize in the complex "chameleon" eating disorder—the exhausting shape-shifting between restricting, bingeing, compensatory exercise, and pervasive shame. These patterns didn't appear out of nowhere; they were formed over years to help you cope and survive.

We work through a Health at Every Size (HAES®) lens and an Intuitive Eating approach, grounded in the core belief that we build the life we want in the body we have today. True body trust does not happen by accident. Relief-seeking behaviors are deeply rooted in emotion regulation. We work with you to build new, more effective ways to cope. Long-term recovery has to include the embodiment of our bodies.

To give you that strong foundation so you can learn to trust yourself and actually inhabit your body, I utilize DBT, RO-DBT, and MED-DBT frameworks coupled with harm-reduction recovery models. We start where the real work lives: building tangible skills to regulate your nervous system, dismantle old thinking patterns, and create the life you want in the body that you have.

Treatment Structure:
Sessions are 45 minutes, meeting once or twice weekly depending on your specific clinical targets and goals.
