Our practice is based in evidenced based practices that work! We work with individuals and couples and are passionate about helping people find more ways to connect both with themselves and with each other.  We have extensive experience and training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma.  With a background in behavioral therapy, we utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness based approaches to move clients through change to solutions.  We specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, addictions, and emotion dysregulation disorders in New York City, Connecticut, and North Carolina Offering behavioral coaching to individuals, couples and families online.  We utilize Evidenced Based Practices coupled with in the moment problem solving to generalize skills, giving individuals ownership over the work and the progress. Change is really hard, it doesn’t happen overnight it is intentional, strategic, and requires repetition over time.  We are in this with you, one step at a time. We treat individuals, couples, and run groups. You are welcome here. How ever you identify, whomever you love.  We believe that love is love, Black Lives Matter, Trans rights are human rights, and in health at every size.
